How it Works
Three steps to a better back
Step 1: Position for Relief
Position for Relief
Place the AbGlo on a flat surface and sit just below the curved line at its base. Gently lower yourself back so the sensor rests in the small of your lower back.
If setting up from the side, roll onto your back on the mat and shift your body until your lower back is centered over the device.
Step 2: Adjust for Precision
Adjust for Precision
Find the raised grip features on each side and trace up toward your belly button — like fastening a seat belt — to help guide your placement. The raised grips are a good starting point, but everyone’s body is different, so adjust slightly up or down as needed.
Keep your knees bent and feet planted for balance and support.
Step 3: Engage & Respond
Engage & Respond
Gently draw your abs in to activate your core and flatten the sensor beneath you. Hold until you feel the feedback.
Here’s what the device is telling you:
🟢 Green light / short vibration = You’re doing it right
🔴 Red light / long vibration or beep = Try adjusting — pull your core in a bit more or shift your position
